Alenntronics has successfully developed a proprietary line of synchronous Permanent Magnet Motors (PMMs) across various sizes. These motors are recognized for their superior efficiency, significantly lower operating temperature rise, and remarkably shorter length compared to conventional models. Currently, our PMMs are deployed in large quantities globally, and their proven, reliable performance has earned widespread customer recognition.
Robust Rotor Design: The rotor utilizes permanent magnet material that boasts exceptional resistance to both corrosion and oxidation. It can operate at a maximum temperature of 350∘C and maintains its magnetization even after long-term operation at 204∘C, ensuring high thermal and chemical stability.
Reduced Heat and Longer Lifespan: By eliminating rotor copper loss, the PMM generates less heat. Its operating temperature rise is typically 10∘C lower than standard induction motors, which effectively delays motor aging and extends its service life.
Superior Efficiency and Power Factor: The synchronous operation of the stator and rotor magnetic fields means the rotor has no induced current, eliminating rotor resistance and hysteresis loss. This significantly improves motor efficiency and power factor and reduces the running current, thereby minimizing cable voltage drop, losses, and temperature rise. The comprehensive power-saving rate is approximately 25%.
Compact Size and Ease of Installation: The use of high-performance permanent magnet materials has drastically reduced the size and weight of the motor. Motors of the same power are only 1/3 the length of a standard induction motor. Through computer simulation and optimized magnetic circuit design, the motor’s power per unit volume is greatly increased, shortening the overall length. This streamlines installation and improves passability in deviated (inclined or horizontal) wells.
Minimized Vibration Impact: With a torque pulsation of only 1.4%—significantly lower than the 5% of conventional motors—it has minimal effect on the associated vibration of the pump and protector.
Convenient Status Diagnosis: The no-load current is less than 10% of the rated current, making it easier to accurately determine the unit’s status under low-load conditions, such as diagnosing a gas lock.
